By confirming a booking or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Services

Pawansut provides premium travel services, including local and outstation transportation, corporate travel arrangements, pilgrimage journeys, and domestic and international tourism packages. Many of these services involve advance planning, vehicle allocation, coordination with third-party service providers, and time-based commitments.

As a result, refunds and cancellations are subject to the type of service booked, the timing of the request, and the costs already incurred.


2. Cancellation by the Customer

a) Transportation Services (Local / Outstation / Corporate Travel)

  • Cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled journey may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to operational deductions.
  • Last-minute cancellations, cancellations on the day of travel, or cancellations after vehicle allocation may attract cancellation charges.
  • No-shows (failure to avail the service at the scheduled time without prior notice) are generally non-refundable.

The exact cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation.


b) Pilgrimage & Tourism Packages (Domestic & International)

  • Package cancellations are subject to the policies of associated third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity providers.
  • Advance payments made toward bookings, reservations, or permits may be non-refundable, depending on the terms imposed by such providers.
  • Refund eligibility, if any, will be assessed after deducting non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Each package may carry specific cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.


3. Modifications & Rescheduling

Requests for date changes, route modifications, or service adjustments are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

  • Approved modifications may result in revised pricing.
  • Rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, depending on the nature and timing of the request.
  • Pawansut reserves the right to assess and communicate any additional charges arising from such changes.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Pawansut

In rare circumstances, Pawansut may be required to modify or cancel a service due to factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Mechanical or operational issues
  • Regulatory or governmental restrictions
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, Pawansut will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative arrangement or, where applicable, process a refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses.


5. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking channels involved.
  • Pawansut shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions.

6. Non-Refundable Components

Certain components of a booking may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Advance payments made to third-party vendors
  • Permit fees, entry fees, or government charges
  • Last-minute or emergency service arrangements
  • Services already rendered or partially utilized

Such details will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.


7. Force Majeure

Pawansut shall not be held liable for refunds, compensation, or damages arising from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or acts of God.


8. Discretion & Fair Assessment

All refund and cancellation requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Pawansut reserves the right to make the final determination after considering operational commitments, incurred costs, and fairness to all parties involved.
